One of the functions of Pendragon Forms Main Menu on Pocket PCs is synchronization.  Use the the Synchronize menu in the lower left corner to start manually start synchronization.  

Like ActiveSync, Pendragon Forms also automatically  attempts synchronization whenever the device is placed in the cradle

On a Palm OS handheld, you can start synchronization using the HotSync application button or the button on the cradle.
