If you aren't already using Pendragon Forms, download and install the evaluation version. Pendragon Forms is the development environment for Toolbox applications.
After you purchase the Distribution Toolbox (includes a full version of Pendragon Forms 5.0), simply "freeze out" the forms you want to distribute as a stand-alone Access database file.
