Pendragon Forms Reference Forms
If you have reference data that you want to copy into a record, you can create a reference form. You can then do a lookup to the reference form from another form.
How it works The parent form includes a Lookup List field with the name of the reference form. This field displays a Lookup button on the handheld.
Reference Form Options If your reference list will have more than 500 items, you may want to use the faster lookup mechanism available in a Read-Only Reference form.
