Pendragon Forms Databases

Default Database Setup -- Pendragon Forms Access Database

Even novice database users can confidently collect data and send it to a desktop PC.  The Pendragon Forms Manager makes its own Access database and creates the tables for each form, so you don't have to deal with database setup or field mapping.

You can view your data using the Pendragon Forms Manager or export it to an Excel or text file.

The synchronization conduit is installed with the software. Just synchronize like you normally would and new records on the handheld are sent to the PC, and new or changed records on the PC are sent to the handheld.

Synchronization with External Data Sources

Pendragon Forms can also be synchronized with databases in your existing applications.  Advanced users can map a form to an external Access database or other ODBC data source.

During the synchronization process, data is sent directly to the external database.

Server Synchronization

Synchronize Pendragon Forms across a LAN or across the Internet, or even using smartphone.

Any workstation with TCP/IP or Internet access can synchronize Pendragon Forms.
